Dynamic Test Rig

Scope of Work:

1. Inspection of all parts.
2. Replacement of faces and seat for better performance.
3. Replacement of all O-rings with same or better material.
4. Recondition entire hardware within the seal assembly.
5. Assemble and test in custom built Test Rig.
6. Run performance and endurance test stages.
7. Customer to witness all test to their satisfaction.
8. Seals are tested with compressed Air at 1.2 times the speed of operating compressor.
9. All Test Rig parts custom made to suit the Dry Gas Seal cartridge are included in the repair price.
10. Repair lead time is approx 6 - 8 weeks upon completion of drawings and necessary requirements from the customer.

WARRANTY: All seals will be provided with a twelve(12)months warranty against workmanship and material defects only.
